What is TallyBS ?

• TallyBS is a software to prepare Financial Statements as per Schedule VI directly from Tally ODBC.

How it works ?

It is a simple two step process

1. Start Tally and open the company for which Schedule VI statements are to be generated
2. Start TallyBS and Click Proceed
3. Schedule VI Statements will automatically get generated in MS Excel format

Which Tally Versions are supported ?

• Tally Version 7.2
• Tally.ERP

What statements it generate ?

1. Balance Sheet
2. Profit and Loss Statement
3. Schedules
4. Fixed Asset Schedule with only Closing Balances

Are the statements directly usable ?

• The answer is No !
  The statements are 80% to 90% ready .  Remaining changes can be easily carried out in MS Excel Sheet and statements finalized.

How else it saves time ?

• Auto header with company name and financial statement date
• User definable amount format : full, thousands, lacs, crores
• Fine tuning Balance Sheet : Showing Deferred tax provision separately
• Fine tuning P&L : Showing Depreciation ,Interest and Tax Provisions separately
